Verizon Wireless Sucks and Has Bad Customer Service

On the phone I was very specific in asking a question and they answered it in exactly the opposite of the truth resulting in me driving down to the store and wasting my time to find out the truth. When I asked to talk to the store manager she was polite but unhelpful only wanting to know who had told me the inaccurate information. Make sure to get the name of the people you talk to when calling Verizon so you have some recourse.
When my phone contract is up Verizon will certainly be losing my business for it’s poor customer service and satisfaction.
